A graduate of UCLA with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology with an emphasis on Psychology, Reynoso began her TV career at Warner Bros. where, for 2 years, she worked as a production assistant for various sitcoms including “The Drew Carey Show.” During her stint there, she was featured with the whole production staff on an episode of the Oprah Show. @naibereynoso

Esthela Alarcón Teagle. A native of Mexico, Esthela graduated from USC Annenberg’s School of Communication where she obtained her BA and MCM. She has been in Advertising for over 18 years and considers herself an “unacculturated bicultural millennial” (a real mindset believer). Her experience in Creative, Media, Account Management, Strategic Direction and Market Research allows her to provide a 360-degree perspective on key consumer insights and actionable strategic recommendation to clients. She has worked with major brands in the U.S. including: Honda, Sears, Ford, General Mills, and most recently was the key strategic planner for the Hispanic market for Lady Obama’s Let’s Move Campaign.


Sisi Zhang. Sisi’s background as a Chinese Canadian Texan informs her creative range as Senior Art Director for IW Group. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, she holds degrees in both Advertising and Asian Studies. From a young age, she’s had a knack for fine arts and now strives to create advertising that can be “art for the masses”. At IW Group, she’s had the fortune of working with international brands such as McDonald’s, WalMart, and Lexus. There’s only make.” These are the words of John Cage, a pioneering 20th Century American composer, and Eric Ortiz believes this philosophy is the foundation of any innovative organization. Ortiz has experience in building digital products and in team management. During his Knight Fellowship, he developed a working prototype of a mobile-first publishing system, Evrybit, while exploring how to create sustainable journalism, with a focus on transmedia storytelling, community journalism and professionalizing crowdsourcing. He and his co-founder started StudyRoom, their second company, because as students, there was always, in every single class they took, a moment where they wished they had someone to help them or explain something to them. It was shocking to see that the most connected and social generation ever was not able to connect with the people they see everyday in class. He’s an immigrant from Peru and he’s currently on an O-1, exceptional ability, visa to pursue his dream with StudyRoom. Previous to entering the startup world, Maria worked for in digital media for over a decade. She was the National Association of Hispanic Journalists’ Emerging Journalist of the Year, named of one Newspapers in Education’s “Faces of the Future: Hispanics Who Will Influence the World” and selected for the Fulbright Commission’s Berlin Capital Program. In the past, Alex interned at Amplify.LA. Currently, Alex is an undergraduate sophomore pursuing a Business Administration degree. James Bottom.James is the Project Director of Blackstone LaunchPad at USC and founder of Incubatrix, a premier Trojan Incubator that works to develop and enhance ecosystems at USC. His Background in IT business strategy and previously responsible for overseeing a portfolio of consulting projects in the US, Australia  and Canada. Understands the importance of culture in laying the foundations for startup growth, flexible in an organizational structure, communicates effectively with all audiences, passionate about assisting others, a corporate disorganizer and excels at executing plans with limited resources.  ruggireo 150 pixelsModerator: Adriana Ruggiero.  Adriana was born and raised in Venezuela, where she received a Law Degree and took a Master in Communications and Marketing.  In 2002, Adriana founded the first Legal Magazine in the country “Guia Legal” (Legal Guide) aimed to educate people about the impact of the massive new regulation that the country was going through.  Adriana became the news anchor of the prime time newscast broadcasted in the eastern area of Venezuela covering local, national and international news. During that time, she also hosted a radio show covering legal issues and special TV shows, like “The Election Day” for the controversial presidential elections in 2006 and a special interview with the US Ambassador in Venezuela in 2006, William Brownfield, on his visit to the eastern side of the country.   In 2012, she moved to Los Angeles and decided to operate her professional skills  to the Hispanic community of this country, and for 1.5 years, she has been working as a reporter and News Anchor for the Hispanic TV station, Estrella TV, anchoring the 5 and 11 pm Newscast “Noticias 62”  @adrianaruggiero
 ramirez-rick 150Rick Ramirez. Rick is SVP, Targeted Marketing Warner Bros. Pictures Worldwide Marketing. He is responsible for overseeing specialized marketing efforts targeted to Hispanic, African American and Asian American audiences for all films released under the studio’s banner in the areas of creative advertising, publicity, promotions and interactive. Rick has worked on such films as the final two Harry Potter movies, Christopher Nolan’s Inception, Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows, The Dark Knight Rises, Peter Jackson’s The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey and Baz Luhrmann’s The Great Gatsby. Some significant campaigns that Rick is currently working include Zack Snyder’s Man of Steel and Guillermo del Toro’s Pacific Rim.
 bianchi 150David Bianchi, Actor, Producer, Writer. David has produced 10 award winning short films, 4 feature films, multiple commercials and music videos with various projects in different stages of development. He is the founder of Exertion Films. He has been selected twice to attend the National Association of Latino Independent Producers (NALIP) prestigious Producer’s Academy and has gained critical acclaim for his producer’s work as well as his work as a writer.  He was nominated for an IMAGEN Award in 2011 (Latino Golden Globe) as well as the Golden Palm Award at Beverly Hills International Film Festival for his writing. Most recently he won the audience award at HollyShorts Film Festival for his original web series “SEX POSE MAN”, while producing “Prison Web” for Oscar Nominated director Jo Allen releasing in 2014. DYSFUNKTION (his 4th feature length screenplay) just wrapped production in the summer 2014 directed by Award winner Ryan LeMasters where he Exec Produced and co-starred. @davidbianchi
Kikey Castillo, Actress & Host.  Her most recent theatrical credits include Hulu’s East Los High, FX’s The Bridge, Lifetime’s Deadly Wives and indie film Five Thirteen with Danny Trejo.  Her hosting credits include an untitled cooking show pilot (currently in the works), CBS2/KCAL9’s ‘HOLA LA!’ Talk Show, the first and only English speaking all Latina talk show, which received the LULAC 2014 ‘Positive Media Image of the Year Award’, a cooking show for SNAP-Ed California and Red Carpet Entertainment Reporting for Latin Heat Entertainment.  Ms. Castillo was also profiled in Alegria Magazine, a Luxury & Bilingual Latin Arts and Lifestyle magazine, as an emerging actress in Hollywood who is “Living The Dream”.  Kikey is a first generation American Latino, who is also passionate about Philanthropic work – most recently traveling to Tijuana, Mexico to visit the children of Casa Hogar de Sion orphanage. Nachin 150Ignacio “Nachin” Sandoval.  Better known as “Nachin” is a radio personality born in Mexico & raised in Boyle Heights. “Started from the bottom now I’m here” is Nachin’s favorite quote knowing firsthand what it is to evolve through life. He overcame poverty through the hard working values set as an example by his mother who sold hot dogs on the street. He earned a scholarship to the University of Riverside where he double majored in Theatre & Spanish Literature. In early 2000 Nachin became his on-air journey as a radio intern.
