Here’s to the insanely productive ones

Working hard doesn’t necessarily mean that you are being productive. Here are 5 tips to start your insanely productive week.
#1: Just do it – It’s good that you plan ahead, but what really matters is that you actually start doing it. Getting back to your planning tables, is only an excuse for procrastination. Life is too short for procrastination. Work on your time budget and make the most of your time. Do it now not later.
#2: Focus on a few and say NO to many – “You can achieve more if you know what you have to do, when you have to do it, and what you expect to accomplish”.
#3: To be perfect or not to be perfect, that’s the question – If you only strive for perfection, you are likely to spend too much time on one single task, more than required and necessary.
#4: Don’t rely on memory – Jot down everything that needs to be done. Your notes allow you to be focused, knowing what you have and expect to accomplish.
#5: Review, measure and evaluate – End of the week. Checked. What needed to be done. Checked. Anything that you have postponed or you haven’t been able to do – ask yourself why and learn from mistakes. Otherwise, a brand new week begins and get prepared.
